Taking Care of Your Products
For optimal care of your Jump 4 Jewels products, please consult the complimentary care card in your order. We recommend using the polishing cloth provided and to keep your items in their individual bags when not being worn. For pieces that have any residual wear, please be wary when using light detergents and warm water. If water is used, ensure your item completely dries before storing.
Returns & Damages
Jump 4 Jewels is not liable for any lost or damaged orders.
We will however evaluate your situation and try and provide you with the best possible outcome, because we want you to be happy with your experience. All orders being returned for refund or exchange will be shipped back at the customers expense. Orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange or refund. All sale items are considered final sale. All custom pieces are considered final sale.
For any orders that have damages upon arrival please contact us directly.
Processing, Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days, though do keep in mind everything is being made to order and some items do take longer to make than others. Shipping to Canada & U.S (2-7 days delivery) without tracking is FREE! Expedited shipping with tracking (2-5 days delivery) is a flat rate of $15. Xpresspost shipping with tracking (2-3 days delivery) is a flat rate of $20. No signature is required with any order. Delays in shipping may result due to Canadian holiday's. Free expedited shipping on orders over $150.
All prices listed on Jump 4 Jewels are in Canadian dollars.
No conversion is available on this site. All orders will be processed in Canadian dollars.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
